Recovery Action Network of Michigan is committed to creating a healthy, safe, and stigma-free workplace through participation in the Michigan Recovery Friendly Workplace Initiative. Recovery Friendly Workplaces create environments where employers and employees work together to reduce stigma, support people impacted by substance use, and connect employees with resources and recovery support. RANMI is a Recovery Friendly Workplace and is also trained to help other organizations build recoverysupportive workplace cultures. We provide education, resources, and guidance to employers interested in becoming Recovery Friendly Workplaces
